Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Linden & Lather order. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

30-day returns

You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, reach us through our contact page with your order number. Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.

Return shipping

The buyer pays return shipping, unless the item arrived defective or damaged, in which case we cover it.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, report it within 7 days of delivery through our contact page, with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll offer a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take several business days to post it. Original shipping charges are refundable only for defective or damaged items. Gift cards are non-refundable.
